Mayan Wonder Bars

Mayan Wonder Bars
Makes 12 – 2 1/2″ Squares

20 minute preparation
15  minute cooking

1 ½ Cup  Almond butter

½ Cup Maple syrup
½ Cup  Brown rice syrup or coconut nectar
¼ tsp Cardamom powder
¼ tsp Cinnamon powder
½ Cup Quinoa
½ Cup Sunflower seeds
¾ Cup Pumpkin seeds
¼ Cup Chia or Hemp seeds
½ Cup  Pecans or macadamia nuts, toasted & chopped

1. Preheat oven to 350°. Mix almond butter, syrups and spices in a large mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
2. Spread on a well oiled 9”x 13” baking dish and bake until golden brown, approximately 15 minutes. Allow to cool completely before slicing.
